Ingredients: RICE FLOUR (72%), MATPE BEANS FLOUR (URAD DAL) (19%), SALT, CITRIC ACID, SODIUM BICARBONATE.
Instructions: 1. Pour 1 1/2 cup (325 ml) of luke warm water into idli mix and blend to a smooth batter. Set aside for a minimum of 15 minutes.2. Grease idli mold or muffin pan with oil. Gently stir batter and pour 2 tbsp. of batter into each pocket.3. Steam cook Idlis on high heat for 15 minutes.Serve idlis warm with Deep's coconut chutney or sambhar.Keep in cool dry place.
